You can deposit any amount of stETH (ETH will be automatically converted to stETH) at any time into your vault.
You can mint LETH from your vault’s available stETH deposit at any time.
Mint ratio (similar to LTV) is measured by the amount of the vault’s LETH minted divided by its stETH deposits. Mint ratio can never be greater than 1.
